With the well understood GDPR focus there is a clear (if somewhat onerous) process to follow when recruiting new members to a scheme. However I am struggling to find guidance on what to do when someone moves out of the scheme area (e.g. street). I assume that under GDPR the data held for that member (at least address) is now incorrect and should presumably be deleted. However: 1. Are they still entitled to be a member of the scheme despite moving out?
2. If not, what guidance is there for deleting their personal details (e.g. does their email address have to be removed from any saved/sent emails, albeit these are now sent .bcc)
Many thanks for any guidance you can provide.
